Refund policy

We want you to love our Makhana snacks! If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. 
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. 
- If the package is damaged upon delivery, please take a picture and contact us immediately. 

2. Refund Process: 
- Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. 
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. 

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or partially consumed food items. 
- Discounted or sale items. 
- Orders that exceed the 7-day return window. 

4. Exchange Policy:
- If you receive the wrong product, we will exchange it at no additional cost. 
- Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
